You can always send us an email. We strive to reply your email within 24 hours (except for the weekends and on national holidays).

Article 3.

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all products, services, actions, purchases and returns with respect to the shop.
  2. We try to put these Terms and Conditions as well as possible to your attention before you make a purchase. They are also to be found at the bottom of every web page in the footer.
  3. If additional terms apply to a specific product or service, we will also bring this to your attention before purchase.

The Sacrifice
4.1 Product information
Our products don't have any secrets. That's why we will always mention the following product information:

  1. The price (including taxes)
  2. Shippingcosts
  3. Method of shipping
  4. Payment method
  5. If the product is in stock
  6. Sizes
  7. Materials that where just for the product
  8. Images Product Images

4.2 Period of validity
If there is a fixed period, for example with promotional products, this will also be clearly mentioned.

4.3 Writing errors
Writing errors are not binding for us.

Article 5.
The Agreement

  1. An agreement is concluded as an as soon as the customer places an order with us.
  2. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
  3. The customer is responsible for giving the right information about address, name, e-mail address and phone number. Additional costs that are resulting for giving the wrong information will be on count of the customer.

Article 6.
Right or withdrawal

  1. After receiving your order, you have 14 days to try out your purchase and to let us know you would like to return it.
  2. We will refund your purchase within 14 days, after receiving your return and if the product is in the original packaging and state.
  3. We will refund the Return Shippingcosts only if the return is a result off a mistake we made. If we delivered the wrong product or if we delivered a damaged product. Otherwise the Return Shippingcosts must be paid by the customer.


Article 7.

  2. All the prices on our website are including VAT.

Article 8.
Delivery and implementation

  1. We will do everything within reason, to ensure that your product (s) will be delivered to you within a reasonable period of time, undamaged and neatly packaged.
  2. The delivery time depends on your country of residence.
  3. For delivery we may use PostNL, DHL and UPS.
  4. If we are not able to deliver a product on time, we will let you know within a month and your purchase costs will be paid back to you immediately.
  5. The risk of damage or missing or a product during shipment, is our responsebility.
  6. If we fail to deliver your order within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason. The purchase price plus shippingcosts will be refunded to you within 14 days after cancellation.

Article 9.

  1. We offer the following payment methods: PayPal, iDEAL, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Belfius Direct Net, SEPA, Bitcoin, KBC/ CBC, Mister Cash, Paysafecard and SOFORT Banking.
  2. If something goes wrong during the payment process, please contact us as soon as possible.

Article 10.
A can be submitted by e-mail or telephone. If you file a check by email, we will respond within 24 hours. Should we not come to a sollution. There is a dispute.

Article 11.
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

A dispute may also be submitted to the European Platform for Dispute (ODR Platform). http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Additional or different terms

We hope that these terms and conditions has given you enough clarity and information. If there occur any changes in the future in these terms, we will announce this on our website in a timely manner. Or course, such changes will never be at either the customers or our customers.
