We are available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
You can always send us an e-mail. We aim to answer your email within 24 hours (except weekends and national holidays).

These general terms and conditions apply to all products, services, promotions, purchases and returns related to the store.
We try to bring these terms and conditions to your attention as best we can before making a purchase. They can also be found at the bottom of every web page in the footer.
If additional conditions apply to a specific product or service, we will also bring this to your attention before purchase.

Our products have no secrets. That is why we always include the following product information:

4.2 Period of Validity
If there is a fixed period, for example with promotional products, this is also clearly stated.
4.3 Writing Errors
Writing errors are not binding on us.
An agreement is concluded as soon as the customer places an order with us.
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email.
The customer is responsible for providing correct information about address, name, email address and telephone number. Additional costs incurred by providing incorrect information will be borne by the customer.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to try out your purchase and let us know that you want to return it.
We will refund your purchase within 14 days, upon receipt of your return shipment and provided the product is in its original packaging and condition.
We only reimburse the return shipping costs if the return shipment is the result of an error made by us. If we have delivered the wrong product or if we have delivered a damaged product. Otherwise, the costs for return shipment are at the expense of the customer.

All prices on our website include VAT.
Delivery and execution
We will do everything we can to ensure that your product (s) are delivered to you within a reasonable period of time, undamaged and neatly packaged.
Delivery time depends on the country where you live.
For delivery we can use PostNL, DHL and UPS.
If we cannot deliver a product on time, we will let you know within one month and your purchase costs will be refunded to you immediately.
The risk of damage or loss of a product during shipment is our responsibility.
If we do not deliver your order within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason. The purchase amount plus shipping costs will be refunded to you within 14 days after cancellation.
We offer the following payment methods: PayPal, iDEAL, Credit card, Bank transfer, Belfius Direct Net, SEPA, Bitcoin, KBC / CBC, Mister Cash, Paysafecard and SOFORT Banking.
If something goes wrong during the payment process, please contact us as soon as possible.
A complaint can be submitted by e-mail or by telephone. If you submit a complaint by email, we will respond within 24 hours. Should we not come to a solution after all. There is a dispute.
These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

Additional or Other Terms
We hope that these terms have provided you with sufficient clarity and information. If there are changes to these conditions in the future, we will report this on our website in a timely manner. Such changes will of course never be to the disadvantage of our customers.
